1. Service Agreements
All commercial moving services are subject to a formalized, signed Master Service Agreement or Bill of Lading detailing exact scope, pricing, and liability limitations.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for securing necessary building management permissions, elevator reservations, and ensuring all personal or proprietary items are cleared prior to crew arrival.
3. Valuation and Insurance
Standard cargo liability is included in all contracts, with optional enhanced replacement-value protection available for high-value machinery and delicate IT infrastructure.
4. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
